Ingredients:

Directions:

Roll the pizza dough thinly roughly 10” in diameter.

Cook the dough in a hot frying pan until it starts to colour, flip and cook briefly on the other side.

When the bread has cooled, you can, spread a little pesto on the base,

Add some cured meats, mozzarella, sliced tomato and some fresh basil leaves, finish with some crisp rocket and serve.
