Directions:

In a bowl mix some icing sugar with white wine vinegar and pour over dry coleslaw mix, red cabbage and coriander, leave to pickle for 10 minutes. Heat bockwurst and fry onion rings. Place bockwurst in hot dog roll, top with Asian slaw, fried onion rings and chopped coriander. Drizzle with Asian ginger, garlic & chilli sticky sauce and serve.
