Defrost and skewer prawns, brush with Asian then place on a BBQ or griddle pan and cook until pink throughout, brush with more sticky sauce and serve garnished with sliced chillies, coriander and charred lime. Top tip: Alternate prawns with Monkfish or any other meaty fish for different texture.
