Dice chicken into bitesize pieces and coat with cornflour. Deep fry for a few minutes and transfer to a hot pan, add garlic puree, sesame seed and sweet chilli sauce. Heat thoroughly and serve sprinkled with sliced spring onion and a drizzle of sesame oil.
