BBQ Pulled Pork Tortillas

Finely shred red and white cabbage and bind with a little salad cream. Drain and rinse sweetcorn, peel and slice spring onion, finely dice red chillies. Place cabbage slaw on the centre of an open tortilla wrap. Top with BBQ pulled pork filling and garnish with sliced spring onion, sweet corn and diced chilies. Finish with a drizzle of sriracha chilli sauce and parsley leaves.
