Bubble Prawns

Directions:
- Peel & dice mango and avocado into small chunks, add shredded mint and fine diced red chilli. Stir in dipping sauce and leave to one side
- Deep fry bubble prawns for 4-5 mins at 180°C, drain on kitchen towel.
- Assemble salsa on a plate and top with three prawns
- Garnish with mint
