Bubble Prawns

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Peel & dice mango and avocado into small chunks, add shredded mint and fine diced red chilli. Stir in dipping sauce and leave to one side
  2. Deep fry bubble prawns for 4-5 mins at 180°C, drain on kitchen towel.
  3. Assemble salsa on a plate and top with three prawns
  4. Garnish with mint
