Crispy Feta with Figs

Ingredients:

Directions:

Carefully slice the feta into fingers.

Take a square of filo pastry and brush all over with melted butter.

Place the feta at one edge, sprinkle over a little oregano and roll up, tucking the edges in a you go.

Place onto a lined tray, Brush the top with butter and sprinkle over the sesame seeds.

 

Cook the filo fingers in a hot oven until golden and crisp.

 

Serve with a little ramekin of fig chutney, fresh rocket leaves and drizzle over a little honey before serving.
