Deep Fried Gnocchi

1. Gently warm pizza sauce
2. Deep fry gnocchi until golden (Be careful as they will pop if left too long!)
3. Drain on kitchen towel and serve with warmed pizza sauce and lots of freshly grated Grana Padano and chives

Top tip: Add a touch of luxury by finishing with 051195 White Truffle Oil and a light dusting of 013779 Truffle Gastrodust
