Dressed Crab
Remove from packaging and allow to breathe for a few minutes. Gently fluff the picked crab with a fork and garnish with finely chopped egg, parsley or whatever you’d like
Avocado & Mango Salad
Peel and dice Avocado and mango, finely dice red chilli. Place everything in a bowl and add a squeeze of lime juice, olive oil and picked mint leaves, give a gentle mix.
Place seasonal leaves on a plate and drizzle with avocado and mango mix, top with dressed crab and finish with lime wedges.
