Gluten Free Pizza Base

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Spoon pizza sauce over base a spread to edges leaving a 3-5cm gap
  2. Top with preferred fillings we’ve used mozzarella, prosciutto crudo and sundried tomatoes
  3. Bake at 180°C/GM4 for 10-12 minutes until cheese has melted
  4. Serve garnished with crushed chillies, basil leaf and a drizzle of hot honey
