Jackfruit Buddha Bowl

Directions:

Make a raw cabbage slaw using red cabbage, red onion, carrot julienne, icing sugar and red wine vinegar. Cook rice and heat Jackfruit. Assemble in a bowl and garnish with sesame seeds, fresh coriander and sliced spring onion. (Please note:Asian Slaw, Coriander and Spring Onion are not available via kff)
