Make a raw cabbage slaw by using finely shredded cabbage, red onion, carrot julienne, icing sugar and red wine vinegar. Leave to macerate for a few minutes whilst warming the jackfruit then layer in base of Taco, top with warm Jackfruit, sweetcorn, sliced avocado and set soured cream. Finish with chopped chillies, coriander and lime wedges.
