Leftover Gammon And Egg Muffin

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Carve left over ham and warm gently under a hot grill
  2. Fry potato puffs, drain and season with salt
  3. Gently fry egg, top with burger cheese and melt under grill
  4. Toast muffins then add egg and cheese to the base top with sliced gammon and muffin top.
  5. Serve with potato puffs and bloody Mary ketchup
