Leftover Gammon And Egg Muffin

- Carve left over ham and warm gently under a hot grill
- Fry potato puffs, drain and season with salt
- Gently fry egg, top with burger cheese and melt under grill
- Toast muffins then add egg and cheese to the base top with sliced gammon and muffin top.
- Serve with potato puffs and bloody Mary ketchup
