Louisiana Chicken Pizza with Buttermilk Dressing

Ensure the oven is pre-heated to 180C

Place the pizza base on a flat baking tray

Cover the base with the American Smokey BBQ Sauce – leaving a small gap around the edge

Sprinkle the grated cheese over the sauce

Sprinkle the cooked chicken  over the top of the cheese

Bake the pizza in the oven until the cheese had melted and the base in cooked

Remove the pizza from the oven, drizzle with Lion Buttermilk Dressing and serve immediately
