Meatless Meatball in Salsa Sauce Pizza

Directions:

Defrost pizza puck and allow to prove. Once ready stretch pizza into desired shape using semolina to prevent it sticking to the work surface. Spread base with pizza sauce leaving a 1cm gap at the edges. Top with meatless meatball filler and grated pizza topping. Cook in a hot pizza oven until base is slightly charred on the edges and the cheese has melted. Remove from oven and cut into slices, garnish with a squeeze of French’s mustard and parsley leaves.
