Mexican Salad Pots

Ingredients:

Directions:

Layer the base of the salad container with lettuce, kidney beans and sweetcorn. Top with olives, sour cream dip, guacamole and salsa. Top with tortilla chips

 

Top tip: Add extra colour by replacing iceberg lettuce with DV0011 Mixed seasonal leaves. Add diced cucumber (DV0039) and grated carrot (DV0030) for extra crunch
