  1. Make coffee

  2. Warm Mince Pies
    3. 
	
  3. Place a couple of pies in the base of serving dish
    4. 
	
  4. Top with a couple of scoops of ice cream
    5. 
	
  5. Pour over hot coffee
    6. 
	
  6. Finish with a broken mince pie, chocolate shavings and rosemary twig
