Roll out some pizza dough and then cut out 8cm circles using a cutter.

Add a teaspoon of tomato sauce, a little nduja, some mozzarella and a basil leaf.

Fold the dough over to form a pastie and seal with a little water.

Deep fry until golden on one side, flip over and cook until golden, Drain of kitchen roll before serving with a little rocket and a tomato dipping sauce.
