Pesto Mac, Semi Dried Tomatoes, Mozzarella Pearls

Ingredients:

Directions:

Preheat oven to 200ºC/Fan 180°C/GM6 and cook macaroni cheese (from frozen) for 30 - 35 minutes ensuring the product is thoroughly heated. Decant into serving dish, top with roughly chopped semi dried tomatoes, broken mozzarella pearls and a drizzle of pesto. Finish with basil leaf hearts and serve
