Proper Fish Pie

Ingredients:

Directions:

Gently fry the leeks until soft, add some plain four and make a roux.

Now add milk a little at a time until you have a white sauce.

Cool slightly and stir in the peas, dill and parsley.

Mash the potato with wilted kale and butter.

Place the fish pie mix into a small oven dish. Top with the herby leek sauce.

Next add some chopped hard boiled egg.

Now add the mash and run a fork over to create a nice pattern.

Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and bake for about 25 minutes until golden.

Serve with winter greens.
