Salt n Spicy Cauliflower Wings

Medium Onions

Finely slice onions and peppers. Slice spring onion into thin lozenges
Make spice mix by adding salt, sugar, garlic powder, ground pepper and crushed chillies together, stirring well
Mix flour with oat milk to make a batter which coats the back of a spoon (you don’t want this too thick)
Break cauliflower into florets, dip in batter and deep fry until golden brown. Drain on kitchen towel and keep warm
Using a very hot wok or frying pan quickly fry onions, peppers and chilli in a little oil, until slightly softened, add the cauliflower bites and spice mix to taste. Toss well, cook for a couple of minutes then place on serving plate
In the same pan cook Pak-Choi until wilted but still with bite, add a little water to help steam then toss with sweet chilli sauce. Place on plate with cauliflower bites and garnish with sesame seed and a pot of sweet chilli sauce
