Salt n Spicy Cauliflower Wings

- Finely slice onions and peppers. Slice spring onion into thin lozenges
- Make spice mix by adding salt, sugar, garlic powder, ground pepper and crushed chillies together, stirring well
- Mix flour with oat milk to make a batter which coats the back of a spoon (you don’t want this too thick)
- Break cauliflower into florets, dip in batter and deep fry until golden brown. Drain on kitchen towel and keep warm
- Using a very hot wok or frying pan quickly fry onions, peppers and chilli in a little oil, until slightly softened, add the cauliflower bites and spice mix to taste. Toss well, cook for a couple of minutes then place on serving plate
- In the same pan cook Pak-Choi until wilted but still with bite, add a little water to help steam then toss with sweet chilli sauce. Place on plate with cauliflower bites and garnish with sesame seed and a pot of sweet chilli sauce
