Soup with a Scone Pairing

Ingredients:

Directions:

Make scone mix as per packet instructions then add bacon and spring onion before rolling and cutting required sized scones. Top with grated Emmental and bake until golden. Meanwhile heat soup until piping hot but not boiling, serve with warm scones. Alternatively make muffins using 055625 Middleton Plain Muffin mix and adding bacon & spring onion as scone recipe above.
