Sourdough Pizza Puck

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Defrost pizza puck over night in a fridge ensuring it is well covered.
  2. Allow to come to room temperature for at least an hour before use to allow proving time.
  3. If pizza oven isn’t available place pizza stone or baking sheet into oven set at 230°C/GM8.
  4. Sprinkle semolina onto a clean work surface and roll/stretch puck into desired shape and thickness.
  5. Spread with BBQ sauce keeping a 3-5cm gap at the edges.
  6. Layer with cheese and toppings of choice.
  7. Carefully place in oven and bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese is golden.
  8. Serve on pizza board with extra drizzle of BBQ sauce.
