Sourdough Pizza Puck

Directions:
- Defrost pizza puck over night in a fridge ensuring it is well covered.
- Allow to come to room temperature for at least an hour before use to allow proving time.
- If pizza oven isn’t available place pizza stone or baking sheet into oven set at 230°C/GM8.
- Sprinkle semolina onto a clean work surface and roll/stretch puck into desired shape and thickness.
- Spread with BBQ sauce keeping a 3-5cm gap at the edges.
- Layer with cheese and toppings of choice.
- Carefully place in oven and bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese is golden.
- Serve on pizza board with extra drizzle of BBQ sauce.
