Rump Steak 6oz
Mix the Mayonnaise, English mustard and chives together. Fry sliced mushrooms and onion until nicely coloured, season with salt and milled pepper. Season the steak, rub with olive oil and cook until medium. Rest for a few minutes before thinly slicing. Warm the flat bread up, spread with the mustard mayo. Add a handful of the rocket, followed by the mushrooms and onions. Finish with the slices of rump steak and serve with a sprinkling of fresh chives.
