Truffle Mac

Warm macaroni cheese. Fry mushroom mix with truffle oil and mix into macaroni. Stir in a drizzle of extra oil. Transfer to an oven proof dish and top with crumb and cheddar cheese, bake in a hot oven until the crumb turns golden and cheese is melted. Serve with a sprinkling of chopped parsley
