Salmon supreme is a boneless cut of salmon fillet to give a chunky piece of fish. Salmon is high in omega 3, so a great healthy menu option. It is a  very versatile main course option and can be pan fried or oven baked. Salmon can take many flavours and works just as well with a simple light herb seasoning as it does a nice spicy Asian style flavour. The skin on salmon supreme works well when pan fried to give a nice crispy skin
