Directions For Use
COOKING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN: Remove required number of frozen panini from the outer case and place onto a baking tray. Do not remove film wrap. Allow 4-5 cm of space around each product. Pre-heat oven to 180ºC and bake for approximately 25 minutes. A core temperature of +75°C for 30 seconds must be achieved or apply national equilivant, before the product is removed from the oven. Once baked apply the display until time before placing for sale. If displaying hot, this product must be transferred immediately to a preheated display unit that will maintain a core temperature of +63°C or higher. Shelf life once baked: hot, 2 hours.
Storage Instructions
Keep Frozen at -18ºC or below.
