COOKING INSTRUCTIONS Pasta Sauce Hob • Heat the Tomato and Basil sauce in a saucepan over a medium heat for 2-3 minutes • Stir into freshly cooked pasta and serve Cooking Sauce Hob • Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a hot frying pan • Add diced chicken / protein of choice / sliced vegetables and stir fry for 2-3 minutes • Add Tomato and Basil sauce, stir and simmer for 10 minutes (or until protein is thoroughly cooked) Oven • Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a hot frying pan • Add diced chicken / protein of choice / sliced vegetables and stir fry for 2-3 minutes • Transfer to an oven proof dish and add Tomato and Basil sauce, stir and cover • Cook in a preheated oven at 180ºC/350ºF/Gas Mark 4 for 30 – 35 minutes until protein is thoroughly cooked. Pizza Topper Oven • Spoon Tomato and Basil sauce onto the prepared pizza base • Add topping of choice • Transfer to preheated oven Pour Over Sauce Hob • Cook meat / fish of choice as per cooking instruction • Heat the Tomato and Basil sauce in a saucepan over a medium heat for 2-3 minutes • Pour over the cooked meat / fish and serve. Dip / Salsa • Decant Tomato and Basil Sauce into a suitable dip container and serve. Add chilli slices for a hotter flavour Soup Hob • Pour 500g (¼ of container) into a saucepan • Add 1 400g can of chopped tomatoes • Heat on medium heat for 2-3 minutes, add handful of chopped fresh basil leaves and serve Check food is piping hot before serving.
