Directions For Use
Handling Instructions: Defrost prior to serving. Keep at ambient in an air tight container once defrosted. Use within 72 hours of defrost. Do not refreeze once defrosted. Defrosting Instructions Whole: Remove all packaging including the tray and place on a serving platter, cover and defrost at ambient for approximately 4 - 5 hours. Portion: Remove a portion from frozen, place on a plate, cover and defrost at ambient for approximately 1 - 2 hours.
