Start by making the dressing, mix the mayonnaise, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, vodka, lemon juice, season with a little salt and milled pepper.
Mix in finely chopped shallots, tomato concase and chopped parsley.
Peel and finely chop the cucumber and celery, season and leave to the side.
Shred the lettuce and leave to one side.
Dice the avocado.
In a serving glass add some shredded lettuce, followed by a little of the cucumber and celery.
Mix the baby prawns into the dressing and divide between the glasses.
Add a little more of the cucumber mix, followed by thinly sliced radish.
Top with 3-4 large prawns, fresh dill and a sprinkling of cayenne pepper and serve with buttered brown bread.
