Biscoff Hot Cross Buns

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Using a sharp knife cut a cavity in the bun making sure to not cut all the way through.
  2. Fill a piping bag with Biscoff spread and pipe into the bun.
  3. Place onto a baking sheet and heat in an oven set to 170°C/GM3 for 15 minutes or until the spread is melting.
  4. Meanwhile melt white chocolate callets in bowl.
  5. Remove buns from oven, drizzle with white chocolate and finish with Biscoff crumb.
