Biscoff Hot Cross Buns
Ingredients:
Directions:
- Using a sharp knife cut a cavity in the bun making sure to not cut all the way through.
- Fill a piping bag with Biscoff spread and pipe into the bun.
- Place onto a baking sheet and heat in an oven set to 170°C/GM3 for 15 minutes or until the spread is melting.
- Meanwhile melt white chocolate callets in bowl.
- Remove buns from oven, drizzle with white chocolate and finish with Biscoff crumb.
