Salmon & Avocado Long Boats

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Bake the potato longboats at 180°C/GM4 for 20 mins, remove from oven
  2. Layer the longboat with seasonal leaves and guacamole
  3. Top with smoked salmon slices
  4. Garnish with lemon, dill and pearls
  5. Finish with a few dots of balsamic glaze and lemon oil
