Smashed Avocado & Smoked Salmon

Bake bread and defrost required amount of avocado and asparagus. Slice bread to required size and toast. Meanwhile smash up the avocado using a fork and poach the asparagus. Spread the avocado over the bread, layer with slices of smoked salmon and top with asparagus. Finish with mustard cress
