Tofu & Wild Rice Poke Bowl

Ingredients:

Directions:

Cook quinoa and rice as per instructions (around 20 mins). Arrange pickled veg, cucumber & avocado salad, quinoa & rice and pea shoots in a bowl. Pan fry Tofu with soy sauce and serve on veg and garnish with whole almonds, fresh herbs and finish with Teriyaki dressing.
